By creating an account and using loveplot you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. When you sign in you confirm that you are. The product helps with dating-app profiles, which are for adults.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or Google account.
Buying an analysis
One analysis covers one dating profile, start to finish. It costs the price shown before you pay (currently $14.99 USD), paid once, with no subscription. Depending on where you live, sales tax is either added at checkout or already included in the price. You can also get analyses by redeeming a code we send you.
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record. That means Polar is the seller on your receipt, handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
loveplot is sold in the United States and Israel only.
Refunds
If your analysis fails and trying again does not fix it, email us and we will refund you in full. Once your results are delivered, the purchase is final. None of this limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
What you can upload
Screenshots and text from your own dating profile. Do not upload another person's profile, photos, or information without their consent. Do not upload content depicting minors or anything illegal. If we find any of these, we will delete it and may close your account.
What we give you
AI-generated analysis and suggestions for your profile. It is a tool, not professional advice, and we are not dating coaches, therapists, or counselors. We make no guarantee about dating outcomes, whether you match with anyone, or whether a relationship works out. The suggestions are a starting point; you decide what to actually post.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break the site, scrape it, spam it, resell it, or use it to harm other people. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content stays yours
You own your photos and text. By uploading, you give us permission to process them only to generate your analysis. Our prompts, scoring, and system are ours and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Liability
loveplot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updates.
